Gibson is helmed by Bar Manager Martin Villareal, a familiar face in Singapore’s cocktail community. Previously Head Bartender of Republic Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Martin worked mostly in luxury hotel bars before joining the Group. Well loved by guests for his charismatic personality and self-possessed demeanour, he leads the diverse team at Gibson in delivering world class drinking experiences.
