Gibson is led by Bar Manager Martin Villareal, a familiar face in Singapore’s cocktail community. Previously Head Bartender of Republic Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Martin spent most of his career in luxury hotel bars before joining the Group. Well loved by guests for his charismatic personality and self-possessed demeanour, he leads the diverse team at Gibson in delivering world class drinking experiences.
